I like introducing a drop of almond extract in to the frosting and somewhat tahini to keep the balance of sweetness at bay. To make the frosting we need butter, clean pistachio paste, icing sugar, almond extract and just a little tahini.  Just be prepared to expend quite a bomb on these choc
